Companionship
Companionship is provided to individuals living in private homes for the limited purpose of the providing supervision and necessary care that is focused only on the health and safety of the adult with intellectual disabilities. This service is provided in the individual HOME or in the community.

Homemaker and Chore Services
These are indirect services that include household cleaning/maintenance and homemaker activities such as meal preparation, laundry and services to keep the home clean and in a safe condition.

Respite Services
Do you need help caring for an elderly or developmentally disabled loved? Caregiver support is available at Atlas Home Care Services LLC through respite care

Home & Community Habilitation
This is a direct face to face Services provided at home and in community settings to assist individuals in acquiring, improving and maintaining self help, domestic, socialization and learn skills necessary to reside successfully in their home and in community settings.

Adult Autism Waiver (AAW)
The AAW is a Home and Community Based Services Medicaid waiver that is designed to provide long term care and support services for adults who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Typically, this includes Respite Care, Temporary Supplemental Services, and Transitional Work, which are provided with the aim to integrate such adults into their respective communities.

Supported Employment services
Atlas Home Care Services helps individuals to successfully integrate into their Communities through employment/training.
This includes Resume preparation, Interview Preparation, Job Finding, Job Training, coaching, and also vocational assessment.

100% Community participation support
Atlas staff will assist individuals with opportunities to promote their community inclusion and to build their interest in developing their skills and potentials for competitive employment.

Non-medical transportation
Atlas will help provide transpass to individuals to help them get access to services/resources in accordance with their Individual Support Plans (ISP) to help promote their determination.

Skilled Nursing Care
Under the supervision of a qualified care professional, you can be sure that your health will be managed well. Skilled nursing care is holistic in the sense that it addresses the patient’s physical, mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs. We see to it that you receive complete care regardless of what your health situation is.
